(7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) are designed to accommodate busy schedules, improve treatment

care they need without disrupting their daily responsibilities.
Fast Intake (24–48 Hour Scheduling)
At Accident Made Easy, we prioritize timely care. New patients are typically scheduled within 24
to 48 hours of contact, ensuring prompt evaluation and early treatment. Quick intake helps
reduce delays in care, allowing patients to begin their recovery process as soon as possible
after an injury
Settlement-Based Payment Structure
We also offer a patient-friendly settlement-based payment approach. In most cases, we wait
until the patient’s personal injury claim is settled before receiving payment. This helps reduce
financial stress and allows patients to focus fully on their recovery while we manage the clinical
documentation and treatment process with confidence and support.
